Daniel Crump has been named School Principal of the Year – Non-Government and the overall Principal of the Year at the 2026 Australian Education Awards, held in Sydney on Friday 7 August.
The national recognition celebrates Daniel’s leadership in education, innovation and school culture, and his commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for young women to thrive through a values-based and student-centred education.
His leadership is grounded in the School’s Sacred Heart tradition and its commitment to forming young women who are intellectually curious, compassionate, courageous and prepared to make a positive contribution to the world.
Daniel said the recognition reflected the collective efforts of the entire Stuartholme community.
“At Stuartholme, we are committed to an education that develops both the heart and the intellect. We want our young women to be curious learners, confident in their capabilities, compassionate in their relationships and courageous in their response to the opportunities and challenges of the world around them,” Daniel said.
“To be recognised in these ways is an incredible honour, and I am particularly proud that the recognition speaks to both the leadership of our School and our contribution to the broader educational landscape.”
